As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly and then was looked after by Roberto from start to finish. He was excellent - his head massage whilst washing was wonderfully firm and invigorating which is exactly what I was after! He cut my hair in an expert and knowledgeable manner and discussed everything prior to the haircut which was superb.
