First time at the salon; very impressed! Staff all really friendly! Had balayage with Maggie. She was really friendly and took time to match the colour to my natural colour and to suit my skin tone. She was clearly an experienced colourist and I was really pleased with the result! Will definitely be back!

I am so unhappy with my haircut from here. I even showed the hairdresser pictures of how I wanted my hair done and it just looks awful. My 'long' layers are incredibly short - with the top ones just coming past my ear - while the rest of my hair is right down my back!! My fringe is cut completely straight and so short when I asked for a long graduated fringe to shape my face!! The only thing that was good was the diamond treatment - but that was not worth the price I have had to pay for my hair. This will take months if not up to a year to grow back.

I had booked the wrong choice & wanted a cut and blow dry and Katya was really flexible & suggested rough blow dry so that I didn't have to pay more
It was my first visit & she was professional yet friendly
Gave me good advice&-reasons why I shouldn't have a fringe (my curly hair and daily care!!)
Really friendly staff & I would go back.
