Went in for a haircut, which happened 45 late so was given a free conditioning treatment for my wait. The wash was a bit rough and hurried then more shampoo was applied after my treatment, which seemed odd. The haircut turned out okay in the end but there was no proper consultation or interest in what I wanted. Had to course correct as we went through. Was given a couple of shampoo sachets and a mini blowdry spritz bottle at the end as an apology for the wait. Overall it was an okay haircut with slightly impersonal but polite enough service.

Lady was amazing and talked me through what would be best to correct my hair without causing anymore damage to it.. ended up costing more but it was worth it and i'm pleased with the results- Thanks you :)
