Had the hair coloring and highlights treatments done. Overall good experience, but would've liked the hairdresser to ask more questions in regards to my treatments.. When I tried to be more precise and give her information (because we've all had at least one bad salon experience!) she said 'I know, I know'. I had darker roots from previous highlights, and I explained to the stylist that I wanted the same color as the ends. The color was good but not quite as light as I would've wanted it to be, to be frank, since you can still see somewhat of a slight line in my hair from previous highlights (which is not something that I found as obvious when still in the salon). Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the hairdresser, as she didn't introduce herself.

This has been the worst experience of getting my hair done. They made me wait for ages (about 30 minutes making my colour mixture) to begin working on my hair (resulting in me being late for my film), cut five inches off my hair when I asked for two, and my roots, which I was getting done, are in a different colour to the rest of my hair. My hair has also been coloured darker than what I had asked for. I will never go there again. Avoid.

Such friendly, welcoming staff.
My hairdresser was called Maggie - she was amazing! So talented at colouring. I had balayage done and it was absolutely perfect. She was also so friendly and chatty which makes the experience so much better.
I will be using this salon from now on. Really really pleased!
