The treatment was ok considering the price. However, I was made to wait for 20 mins before the hairdresser came over to tell me she was running late and then I had to wait another 10 mins. Not one for timeliness! The hairdresser was friendly, polite and nice. Treatment was ok it was a little different from ones I had before - most keratin treatments apply the product, leave it for some time then blow dry and use straighteners on the hair, this one washed the hair before blow drying and straightening. Also hairdresser isn't the most delicate or graceful - expect considerable amount of hair pulling and being poked with hair clips etc.

My hairdresser could've been a little less brutal with the hair combing (I have fine hair but a lot of it - I'd hate to see how she combs thick hair) and the hair colour was a lot darker than I was expecting. She did show me the colour she was putting in but she said it'd be lighter than that, and it'll wash out quite quickly. I don't really see the point getting your done if you have to wait a month for the colour to wash out to the shade you actually want. It doesn't look bad, and everyone is complimenting me on my now brown hair, but it would've been nice if I actually wanted to go brown in the first place. Anyway I'll see how it looks after several more washes and hopefully the blonde starts showing through again soon...

Min did a great job on my hair and I love the colour! She was really quick but didn't rush and took the time to understand what I wanted - I also was able to swap the blow dry for a toner, which was a nice bonus :)
