I booked for a wash, cut , blow dry and diamond treatment.
I can say now the diamond treatment is not worth it. Did nothing of any significant to my hair, maybe it will be different for someone else.
I arrived 5 minutes early to be told by my guy he was running late and would be 10 minutes, but his colleague would wash my hair and put the treatment in. So not a great start as I was in my lunch break.
So we started, I told his specifically what I wanted, as I like a certain style etc.
He miss understood and gave me a side fringe, when I pointed out I wanted layers going from my eye not a fridge he tried to fix it.
He also cut it wet, but when my hair drys it shortens. So when he was finished it wasn't even.
I pointed this out, his other client then arrived and he said he would be late for her. I was booked in for an 1hr 15 minutes, I was only seen for an hour. In the 15 minutes he could have fixed my hair to the standard I wanted.
I felt rushed out and it wasn't right,
I phoned a two days later, I had to travel an hour into London on Sunday to see someone to fix it. This was the only day they could see me.
The lady when she sat me down could clearly see that it wasn't straight or cut right, I was an apology but no here is a voucher or products, for a initial bad job.
Disaster.
