I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Hairfields last Friday. From the moment I walked in the door, the atmosphere was so welcoming. Hairdresser Sue couldn't have been any nicer, she made me feel so excited for my birthday that night and she went above and beyond even pinning my hair after my blowdry. The entire experience was absolutely perfect and I can't wait to make Hairfields my regular hairdressers.

Sue was fantastic, styled my hair beautifully and very quickly as I was in a rush for a special occasion. As it was raining outside she even came out to the car with a cover to help shield my hair!
Blow Dry
First of all after booking through Treatwell I was contacted by the salon to change the booking slot which was not a major issue. I booked a men’s haircut, which was advertised as a 45 minute treatment but it only took her 15 minutes to cut my hair. The whole thing was rushed and the outcome was disappointing. The hair on the left side of my head were cut shorter than the right and she didn’t even bother to trim out my ears. As a result I had to book to another salon to fix the mess she did with my haircut. Overall, I believe I would have had a better haircut from an amateur barber, in the prison.
