I went it for a sports massage, which usually means asking for details of your pain and working with you. The techniques were odd, with no trigger point release, which is what I asked for. Will didn’t listen to what I wanted and did his own thing and when asked “does that feel better” I replied with “no” and he said “well it looks perfect to me”. I’ve still got so much tightness that unfortunately due to lack of listening is still there. If you want a proper sports massage I suggest going to someone who is fully qualified and is willing to do a proper assessment and listen.
