I've been to this salon a few times and the service is always nice. Lorna and the other ladies are welcoming and accomodating. The only thing I didn't like on this visit is that a different relaxer was used without my prior consent. I only realised part way through the application that it was a different relaxer because I asked Lorna about it due to it having a stronger smell compared to the relaxer I typically use. If I was asked beforehand, I would have stuck to the usual relaxer.
