I booked into this service & arrived at my appointment to find that the person doing my hair was not in & wouldnt be able to complete it. His colleague kindly offered to do it an hour later but I was unable to stay.

Good for just a simple trim
I was late but yet I had to way for 40mins, the haidresser aplogised which was nice. The person who washed my hair though was a bit too rough in handling my head, didn't ask me if the water was too cold or too hot, had a bracelet that was banging is my head.
the haircut trim itself was good, the hairdresser was nice and took time to dry my hair nicely although I wasn't paying for a blowdry, he understood the curly nature of my hair which was nice.
