The staff were very welcoming, and gave me a cup of tea and a biscuit when I had to wait over half an hour for my appointment (I had booked a certain time through Treatwell, which the staff told me was actually supposed to be half an hour later). The lady who did my nails did a great job, I couldn't believe I was paying so little for such good service. I would definitely go here again next time I need my nails done!

I have been here 4-5 times in the last 4 years. Always loved the hair cut. Matin is great in what he does. Just make sure you pay for the treatment before and not make any adjustments at the venue. They tend to charge you more if you opt to pay at the venue for reasons like your length of hair,etc. Also make sure you arrive on time to be considerate to others as in my last experience because of some other lady arriving late - I had to wait for 35 mins with my wet hair (despite being 36 weeks pregnant). All clients should be treated equally in my opinion and I see no reason why she was entertained before me despite she arriving late. I have resolved this matter directly wit Treatwell so no issues with the vendor now.
