Appointment started half an hour late and then took over 3 hours for short hair. Metin started out very nice but I asked him to do thin highlights and could see they were very thick, he got cross and challenged me when I double checked he was doing them thinly. At the end when I wasn’t happy with the colour or highlights he was aggressive and dismissive of me. The other staff seemed kind.

Ada was amazing! I showed her a picture and she cut my hair beautifully. So friendly and accommodating. So happy with the whole experience
