The worst treatment I have ever experienced. I am awaiting a refund for this treatment. Book at your own risk. The treatment is advertised as a 'Dermalogica' facial... the products and machine used for the treatment were NOT from Dermalogica. The treatment was painful and not what you should expect for a microdermabrasion facial. I have had this type of facial several times before (at reputable establishments) and never once have I been left with an open wound on my face. I paid £45 for a treatment that left me with a painful swelling on the side of my face which is still healing. She also did not use gloves during the treatment.
