Arrived at salon for a booked appointment and the salon was closed. The salon been closed is not an issue, but I have paid in full and not received a refund. Treatwell have been no help to refund either.

I always go here to get my hair cut with Jenna. She always listens to me - even when I'm burbling because I don't really know what I want doing! I tried something quite different this time and I am so happy with it. Jenna is really skilled and talented.
