Where I live, I could use any salon in Hitchin or Stevenage, but I CHOOSE to use Russ's Codicote salon because he & his staff are smashing! I always get what I ask for, they listen, they advise when I ask for their opinions, and it's just overall a really good experience getting my hair done.
