I had my hair cut by Ellie for the first time last year, and was so happy with the cut (going from long to shoulder length) I knew I wanted to return. I don't get it cut very often, but I will always come back to Ellie - she does such a lovely job and seems very knowledgeable, offering suggestions and making sure you're happy throughout.
