While the salon is aesthetically pleasing, the cut wasn’t great and I found the tone of communication quite patronising. The layers are a bit all over the place and the fringe is too short. Comments like “you clearly don’t use heat protector” and “you need to stop straightening your hair” aren’t particularly nice and could be delivered in a better tone. Price is also high for a quick cut.
