I visited Root Masters Salon on Wednesday, and I was greeted by Arash upon welcome. He kindly asked me to sit and wait and offered me a chilled drink from the refrigerator. The atmosphere was truly pleasant as I felt personally acknowledged rather than being treated just as "another customer". My expectation is to leave satisfied with the job done and comfortable that my demands regarding the style and the cut have been met. RMS has managed to succeed in this. Looking forward to visit again.
My experience at Root masters salon was absolutely brilliant, both in terms of my hair colour And their customer service. (Super nice and friendly)They did a great job and I will 100% go back there. 👌😍
