The issue was with cleanliness, hygiene & aftercare. The room was small & dirty. The waxing was okay & Khushi was nice but the aftercare was very bad. She used a 'wax equipment cleaner' on my arms to remove the wax residue. You can't do that. That solution is specifically designed for hard surfaces & not skin, it literally said on the bottle it's for equipment. She then left & I had to clean it myself. I did tell her as I was leaving but she was dismissive about it.
