Caprice was amazing. Very professional, bubbly and got the job done amazingly. She made me feel so at ease. I’m very picky and hard to please but she exceeded all my expectations. The shop was very clean and modern too. Definitely my new wax lady! I will be back!

She needs to stop repeating herself about her clients hair. Yes my hair is thick yes I know my hair is dry. There’s no need to be in my ear like about it. I felt my service was rushed. They give you a time for 45mins. Which should extend to 60mins. Every client hair is different. Other then that it was okay.
