Hollywood wax was extremely painful. Wax therapist was late for both appointments (first had to be rescheduled). Wax therapist took her phone out at one point during the wax. She did not leave the room at the end of the wax to allow me to change in private (instead proceeded to clean wax station for next client). Very disappointing for the price but should be noted that this was not the usual therapist who is excellent.

Really nice venue and my wash, cut and blowdry only took 45 minutes! Best haircut yet, would go again to have it cut there again.

I have had a haircut here before and once again I wasn't left disappointed. Nadera is experienced and wants her clients to leave happy! I liked my haircut a lot! However, I wasn't happy for how my blow dry style choice looked like in the beginning so before I wasted her time I decided to do something easier -although I would prefer to go with my first choice.
Nadera was very happy with being asked to sanitise all the furniture before I sit and she also sanitised herself her equipment! Thanks!
