Lovely hair cut as always! Nadera took her time to understand what I wanted and spoke me through how she could style it as I normally just get a normal straight cut, however I love my new style, thank you!

Waited an hour over appointment time. Then got told that they’re not doing threading today, and only waxing. Even though I booked in through Treatwell for threading.

The therapist was absolutely lovely, however did not do threading.. which I booked for so I settled for an eyebrow wax. She left some wax on the skin near my brow which I’ve had a reaction to. My brows are also different thickness after, so not very happy. I Won’t be going back unfortunately.
