Nadia was very attentive from beginning through to the end. I went in for a soak off, reshape and new coating of shellac. She made sure not to overly file and let my nails fully soak off. Nadia carefully looked after my nails, keeping its length but fine tuning its shape. Really pleased with the service, to finish it off I got cuticle oil massaged onto my nails. Sad they don't do designs but happy with the colour. Definitely coming back.

A nail file was used to remove gel polish. Not just the top layer either, all of the polish. No drills or even acetone and I did query this at the time. It was extremely slow but more importantly, very uncomfortable as the skin on my fingers were also rigorously being filed by accident. After 3 fingers, I knew I couldn’t tolerate 10 and had to stop and go elsewhere. I reached out to the salon who said that I would be refunded but have since continually ignored us when authorisation was requested
