Very little effort put in to make my nails look beautiful. Rushed job that required me to go home and paint over the "in full". Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority, but making sure the staff leave at exactly 6pm certainly is. Overall I was made to feel like an inconvenience not a paying valued customer.

Sensi has been an amazing consultant and advised me on the best possible waxing in my situation. The waxing was painless and left extremely little red spots considering how sensitive my skin is! Definitely recommended.

I’m very pleased with the service I received and Nadera was absolutely fantastic. She listened to everything I said and did exactly what I asked for. The salon itself was clean, stylish and smelled divine! I will definitely be returning.
