Lovleen was great as was the wax, however I was expecting to get a Hollywood ‘hot wax’ as I booked, not a strip wax. I did ask at the start whether she was going to use hot wax and the response was yes, so I assumed she was just starting with strip wax but the whole wax was strip wax. So I paid more for the service as the strip wax is cheaper.
