Came in for a dry cut, asked for a specifc length which I pointed out exactly. At the end I explained how it wasn’t how I requested I was told “oh no, next time then” and which was laughed off.
Not at all satisfied, store was completely free and was told that’s it.

Very friendly therapist, really good blow-dry. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I was charged £25 instead of £15 (which was the price quoted when I booked via Treatwell). I was told that the price of £15 only applies if you book your blow dry in addition to highlights. Dear Treatwell, can you please update your algorithms so that correct prices are displayed, thank you.
