Arrived at 10am as we had booked an appointment for then. Made to wait nearly 15 minutes before being seen. I spoke to the receptionist about wanting curl creme and diffuser to set curls in my younger sisters hair but she came out with flat straightened hair, the receptionist clearly did not pass the message along! The woman doing my blowdry did not put heat protectant on until I reminded her to and I asked her for a volume curly blowdry, but again it was flat. Very unhappy as was for an event!
