Sadly didn’t have the best experience this time around after having a good one last time. Everything felt disorganised and unprofessional, my hair wasn’t washed properly so my hair was greasy when I returned home, and I had to go back a second time to get my colour corrected after one of the stylists gave me yellow and brassy hair. I would say if you want something simple like a cut it’s fine, but if you’re getting a colour treatment maybe look elsewhere
