I have explained to Donna how I wear my hair and showed the photo of the length I wish. However, when cutting she did not check the length again which resulted in a shorter cut, not what I had shown in the photo. Also, the fringe is so short that I can't even style it now. The salon was quite messy, and it didn't feel clean there. When I went to wash the hair jars with product, dark hair and comb was in the sink from the previous client. I wouldn't recommend.

Donna gave my son the haircut I was hoping for after a few attempts at other hairdressers'. She was friendly, professional and efficient. I'd happily recommend her!
