I turned up at the Salon but the shutters were down and no lights on. Tried calling the number shown on their Treatwell profile multiple times but it doesn’t seem to be working. The salon had been closed for a while which I assumed was for holidays since bookings are back open now but it seems it has closed for good. I have now contacted Treatwell customer service for a refund.

This was the worst haircut I’ve ever had! I don’t know why the other reviews are good. My haircut is completely uneven but I don’t want to go back in case they make it even worse. The hairdryer that was used to dry my hair was cellotaped together…. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
