AVOID. I should have realised my mistake of booking the minute I walked in. She didn’t examine my hair prior to washing, she only did 1 wash & conditioner was on for 5 seconds not combed through, no head massage. Started cutting & whilst the top part of my hair was pinned up without being cut she started to dry the bottom part, very haphazard & with no heat protector or any hair products at all. In & out in less than 30 mins. I paid £50 for 1 hour!!
