First time having a hydra facial and visiting this salon and very disappointed. I booked my treatment with Charlotte but wasn’t told that she was unavailable, I had another new therapist. I wasn’t consulted in any way or explained about the steps/procedures involved with the facial. I wasn’t asked to complete paperwork about my skin or whether I had any allergies etc. My face was briefly cleansed and mascara not removed. I had to ask what was happening with the facial. Not worth the money!
