I am on my 4th manual LD massage with Kelsey and I couldn’t fault her service. From my first appointment she has been so welcoming and the rest of the staff are very attentive. I look forward to my next visit.

It was chucking down with rain & I was coming in with a buggy, Kelsey & the receptionist watched as I struggled through the doors instead of holding the door to help us in. She then said I was late (by 5 mins) without asking why, I was late as my daughter had an accident as I was leaving the house. I felt she was very rude & unprofessional, but during the treatment she was friendlier. However the lamination didn’t work, I wasn’t given tips for aftercare part from brushing them & was overcharged.
