Arrived at my booked time. Was rudely told my booking is for 30min later despite having a confirmation in my hand. The facial overall was over exfoliating despite me telling them I have sensitive skin. Barely any extractions. The dermaplaning left me with two bleeding cuts on my cheek!! No offer of refund, free product or anything

Back Facials
Arrived at the salon and the therapist was on the phone to a client for nearly ten minutes then when we started the treatment she said I was late so the time would be cut off the half an hour. Given that treatwell says the facial is 40 minutes not half an hour I ended up with a 25 min facial. Facial itself was good once started however not particularly relaxing at the start as the therapist was very chatty. Overall ok but you don’t get what you’re paying for.

I’ve been to Charmelle 3 times now and every time I love my results. The first two times I went for 0.5ml of lip filler and decided to go for 1ml this past time. My aesthetic nurse remembered me and remembered exactly what I like and the look I was going for. It’s a small clinic but very clean and everyone working is extremely nice and professional. I live in Hammersmith and it’s worth the travel for Charmelle!
