Unfortunately I wasn’t listened to regarding what I wanted and I left with a result I’m really not happy with. I didn’t feel very welcome from the beginning and the salon was also very cold resulting in an uncomfortable 3 hours. Deanne was very nice but was quite slapdash in what she was doing, getting hair dye in my ears and during the wash my face got continuously splashed with water. The blow dry was unfortunately one of the worst I’ve ever had with hair being pulled and broken during it.
