I arrived and the shop was closed. This advert should definitely be taken off treatwell! The numbers on the academy sign just go to voice mail and nobody answers the 4 doorbells that are there. Terrible experience.

I originally booked a £10 haircut but when of arrived I was informed that none of the students were qualified enough so the stylist would be doing it at a cost of £25. They had tried to call me but I didn’t answer, however they didn’t leave a message which was a bit frustrating. The chairs where you get your hair washed are very uncomfortable and afterwards I had to wait nearly 30 minutes until the cut began as the stylist was finishing a blow dry on one of her students. My cut and blow dry were nice but when it came time to pay, their card machine wasn’t working so I had to run across the street to get cash. I then asked for change which they didn’t have, so I ended up paying £30 for something that I expected to cost £10. For that amount of money, I could have gotten my hair cut at a much nicer salon and had a more comfortable experience. Will not be returning.

I had my appointment at 11:30, the same time the salon was supposed to open. Had to wait half an hour until the staff arrived but they were all really nice and I like my haircut, even though it’s a bit shorter than what I told them before.

I had a lovely time at the salon- everyone was so friendly and I love the actual cut- such good value and the most fun I've ever had whilst having my hair done- I'll definitely be back!
