Was informed by email that the appointment has been rescheduled and when I called to discuss as the time was not given in the email I was put through to a voicemail facility and never received a call back after leaving full details requesting a call back. Apparently it’s on Monday so will try calling again to find out what time my new appointment is and to confirm the treatments I booked initially still taking place .

I turned up on time and was kept waiting for 20 minutes. Was made to feel like an inconvenience when I enquired as to how long I would need to wait. Place is dirty and smelly and staff are unfriendly. I decided not to get my hair done there, yes it’s cheap but I’d rather pay more and go to a proper salon.

slightly late start but super friendly staff who were really apologetic! really happy with my colour. . would definitely go back!

The team were incredibly welcoming and made me feel so comfortable! Ezra is a star!
My appointment got cancelled 10 minutes before by the stylist so I had to rearrange for the following day. It wasn't ideal or very professional but once I got there the following day everything was great. Loved my cut and blow. Definitely go back again.
