My hair feels so soft and is so shiny even after 1 week of the treatment! It was so effective, most people in my office thought I had redyed my hair! The ladies were really nice and it was not too full (which is great!)

Really disappointed with my ballyage. Thought I couldn’t resist with the price so low but I wish I hadn’t gone. You get what you pay for!

The staff were amazing, haircut was great, but no toner was put on my hair following the balayage, so the bleach looked really yellow and white at the front where it had been left on for too long - had to get a toner on it the next day, but otherwise all good - happy with it now! You get what you pay for x
