Was incredibly disappointed by this visit. 1. Very unhappy with highlights Because they had to be done 3x before reaching an acceptable state. 2. Hairdresser was quite rough in both doing the highlights then during the shampooing element of the treatments. Pulled my hair painfully several times. 3. I was left with blue streaks of toner in my hair, to be told they would come out after 3 washes - not acceptable. 4. Charged full price for a very poor service. 5. Ruined the whole experience for me.
