The man who cut my hair either didn’t listen or understand what I said. I asked to have the length about an inch below my shoulders (1 1/2” cut off). However he cut about 3 1/2” off now my hair just sits on my shoulders. I’m not very happy with my hair this short and certainly isn’t what I asked for. I wondered if the stylist had much experience because I could feel his hands shaking as he was doing my hair like he wasn’t sure/not confident. I won’t go back again.
