Overall, my experience was positive, but the salon felt a bit too busy and hectic. It would have been helpful if, at checkout, the staff double-checked what I had paid in advance and confirmed the services I actually received. I had originally booked for a half head of highlights, but we decided not to go ahead with it as it didn’t work for my hair. A little more care and attention in tracking what each client books versus what they end up receiving would really improve the experience.
Was late to my appointment due to going to the wrong place but they still sat me down straight away and cut my hair when I arrived. Great service from the staff .
