Yet again arrived at 9.30. Client came in and was immediately dealt I an still sat there. Almost 9.30, with 2 treatments and to the backwash. Explained I was going to have to leave as it was virtually 9.30 and the lady who had been at the desk started pointing at me saying it was not 9.30.
Been a customer for over 20 tears years. Appaled.

Had my hair cut by Leanne and I was very happy with it, Leanne also gave some good advice when I asked about future treatments, i.e highlights, will definitely be going back again.
