Hair was cut uneven by almost 1 inch as well as choppy. Not sure if the hairdresser is a hairdresser but the cut was terrible. Washed my hair soaking my face. Stopped to talk alot so took longer then it should. Kept cutting with no direction that going in for a trim ended up with 3 inches off especially after I went straight to another salon right after I had paid for them to check it and they were shocked at how bad it was... They fixed it for me resulting in my hair being above my shoulders.

I have tried many hairdressers locally but never felt I got what I asked for. I found Yana listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic cut, exactly what I wanted and for a very reasonable price.
