The staff were really friendly but unfortunately very disorganised and the haircut was not the best at all. I had to wait for almost half an hour after my booked in time, and unfortunately my haircut was just not great. I have very thick hair, and the amount of shampoo and conditioner used by the stylist was such a small amount my hair was still greasy and had to be painfully brushed to detangle. Having asked the stylist to thin my hair to make it more manageable, i unfortunately noticed no difference after the cut. Despite the staff being very sweet, i will not be returning.
Ladies' Haircuts
Firstly, I was really surprised by the size of the salon as it looks rather small from the front but is actually set across 3 floors! The staff were lovely and I am really pleased with the highlights package I received. I will definitely be returning soon. Just as a note, this salon also offers an extensive and very reasonably priced beauty menu.
