Andrea was extremely friendly and professional. I had booked something but I wanted something else, she took time to fully understand what I wanted and brainstormed several possibilities. She manages to understand perfectly my unclear descriptions and deliver exactly the color and cut I wanted. I am so grateful to her and the whole team for the great hairdressing and for the relaxing experience. Glad I found my hairdresser in London. Thanks Andrea, we will see each other soon :)
