Really good haircut - she really seemed to understand what I was after and I was really pleased with the cut! Only problem was that they mixed up my appointments - booked via treatwell for 10am, the salon then phoned saying that slot wasn't actually free so could I do 9am, but when I arrived the salon was still shut and I had to call back later. They gave me a slot at 12 same day and did apologise but it was frustrating, so I'm just glad I actually liked the haircut to make it worth it!

Lauren was so lovely and the value of their summer blowdry promotion was amazing. The conditioning treatment helped me for about a week and then wore off a lot quicker than expected but that's moreso because of the heat wave at the moment

Very impressed by Beauty Works. The staff here go above and beyond to make their customers' experience the best it can be. I have visited the salon a number of times and each time have loved my haircut. I would highly recommend booking here!
