I was extremely unhappy with my haircut. Hardly any time was spent cutting it and it was cut far too short!! I ended up having to pay to see another hairdresser to fix it. I contacted the salon numerous times to complain, but they never responded. I won't be going back.

Went for a haircut - my hairdresser was very efficient and the cut looks pretty good. The lady who cut my hair was friendly and didn't try to force conversation which I loved.
Not a huge amount to improve - I wasn't offered any water/tea or magazines when I came in. Also as the venue is so small the hair washing area is within the main salon so not very relaxing - not a big deal for me.
All in all a good value, cheap haircut (£35) and I would go back.
