Got a last minute appointment and I was really happy wtih it. Started with a lovely long head massage during my shampoo- so many stylists skip this wihtout asking but it's my favourite part! While asking what I wanted she made every effort to make sure she knew before she started and later on also recommended I didn't take even more off- she was right! Will go back again.
