I had such a great cut and colour by Blerina this morning. She asked loads of questions, offered a great consultation, and gave me a spot-on subtle balayage. I really appreciated that she was naturally cautious in her approach, instead of gung-ho and over-confident - she treated my hair with great care. It was a superb experience.
