The best haircut that I have had in a long time. Sara fully understood exactly what I was after, and followed the video example of the haircut I bought with me to a tee. She informed me of next steps throughout the process and was extremely gentle and professional in her professional mannerism - not to forget the amazing hair wash/ massage that I received from Elham also. I have been to HnR once before a few years ago, and was reminded very quickly that this will be my forever place now!
